I'm a Product Owner with a decade of experience turning customer needs into shipped software. My career grew through every seat at the table — technical support, customer support management, product development, and IT project management — which means I bring engineering empathy, customer empathy, and operational rigor to product work. When I'm not running a roadmap, I'm building things — full-stack web apps, native macOS/iOS apps, multi-tenant SaaS — because the best way to understand software is to ship it yourself.     • Own a product area on the Quickbase low-code platform; partner with engineering, design, and customer success to take features from discovery through release.
    • Drive the roadmap end-to-end: writing requirements, prioritizing the backlog, running sprints, and aligning stakeholders on outcomes over output.
    • Use Azure, Power BI, and Application Insights to validate launches with real usage data and feed insights back into the roadmap.

    • Joined as a Technical Support Engineer and grew through four roles over nine years — Customer Support Manager, Product Development Manager, and finally IT Project Manager.
    • Ran agile delivery for cross-functional teams: planned sprints, managed releases, and coordinated engineering, QA, and customer success on every launch.
    • Built the bridge between customers and engineering — turning support escalations into bug fixes, feature requests into roadmap items, and edge cases into product decisions.
    • Owned QA and release management: triaged tickets, prioritized fixes, and shipped clean builds on a predictable cadence.
